Applications :

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, free of grease, oil, fungus, and other impurities.
  • Remove old peeling paint works before applications.

  • Can apply with metal putty blade, trowel and spray.

Coverage

  • Recommended coverage approx. 20-30 sft per kg for two coats, subject to surface condition.

Directions For Use

  • Stir thoroughly before use. If putty is too thick, add clean water max 10% (if necessary) and stir well.
  • For optimum result, apply RJ LONDON WALL PUTTY in several thin coats than one heavy coat.
  • Allow putty to dry. Drying time in normal temperature between 20 to 30 degree C:
    – Touch dry: 15 minutes
    – Hard dry: 2 hours
    – Re- application interval : 2 hours (only if required)
    – Sanding after 4 hours (use sanding paper no. 150-360)
  • Apply paint works.

Storage

Keep the lid tightly closed and store in a dry location at normal room temperature. If ooened, the moisture content of RJ London Wall Putty will be influenced by the air humidity. Do not put in direct exposure to sunlight as contents may harden.

1. Wear protective gloves and safety goggles to avoid skin and eye contact.
2. Use a respirator or mask when painting in enclosed or poorly ventilated areas to avoid inhaling fumes. 

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.

Dispose of any unused paint and containers in accordance with local regulations. Do not pour paint down the drain or into watercourses.

Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying to minimize inhalation of fumes.

Inhalation: Move to fresh air and seek medical attention if symptoms persist.

Skin Contact: Wash with soap and water. Seek medical attention if irritation occurs.

Eye Contact: Rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Ingestion*: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water and seek medical attention.
